I wanted to tell you how pleased I have been with your program and your service. I never thought a single mom could buy and renovate her own home, but you helped make it possible.

Last year when Katrina came through I thought we would never recover. The house we were renting was badly damaged (but not as bad as some people had it) and we moved in with my family. It was very cramped, but we were lucky to have my family there for us.

There seemed to be just no where to go. Then, I got the crazy idea to try to buy a damaged house and fix it back up. I figured I could get a good deal on the house.

I started looking around and found a few possible homes that were in an area that my kid and me would like. But, then I ran into problems with how to pay for it. I was able to get a mortgage to buy the house, but no money to fix it up. After a little searching on the internet I found your site and applied. You approved my purchase and gave me everything I needed to fix up the house. I was able to buy the house for $130,000 and I got an extra $60,000 to redo all the wiring, plumbing and sheetrock, windows and roof along with new floors and cabinets and counters. Just look at the result!

Now, less than nine months after that awful storm, I am a homeowner with over $20,000 equity in my home and my kids are back in their own rooms. We are so happy. Thank you so much.

I will never listen to someone again who tells me I can't do something. My perseverance and your great help made it all possible.

John, I'm almost done with the rehab of my home, so I wanted to take a minute to send you a quick thank-you note.  I had never bought a home before, so I was a bit nervous at first. My daughter, Rachel, and I are so excited now that we are almost done with the work. The timing of it is perfect, because school starts next week. Dear CM Direct,

Your program is hands-down the best option around to fix up a home. I even looked into some hard money, private loans, but nobody even came close to letting me finance the rehab of my entire home in one loan. When I first found your website, I thought for sure that your rates were going to be twice as high as everyone else's or that you would charge an arm and a leg in fees or something like that. Seriously, I am very impressed with how organized and helpful your company was, and how simple you made the entire process.

The best part is that I was actually considering trying to rehab my house with a combination of my own savings and a credit card, which is kind of scary in today's economy. I am so relieved that I found your program and don't have to worry about it anymore.

The framing for our new addition is wrapping up tomorrow, and we will hopefully be done with the whole project by fall. Thank you for checking in with me. I don't have any questions or concerns at this time. As you know, the draws are going smoothly and the contractors are doing fine. I just needed to take a minute to express our thanks. Chris,

What can I say about your rehab program? I have been in the real estate business, buying, renovating and selling homes, for 16 years. A few years ago, it seemed like everyone and their brother was getting loans to buy and fix up houses to sell or rent. Lately, I thought the mortgage industry had gone sour to the point that I wasn't going to be able to fix up homes anymore. I'm glad to see that your program is still going strong for people like us who have the experience and knowledge to find the real gems on the market today. This little house will make me an easy 25k profit in the next four or five months, and that is if I sell it below its appraised value!

In all, your rates and fees are great. But maybe most importantly, you are still in business and your program is around to let me continue investing in homes just when we finally have a buyer's market again. Thank you for doing what you do. I will definitely recommend you to people who need a good rehab product.
